New Family Member Registration
JSA Family Registration is an easy, quick one-time process. First provide your home phone number. This home phone number will be used by JSA to be sure you are not already registered in the database. The JSA member database cannot have duplicate home phone numbers.
If we do not find your home phone number in the JSA database you will be automatically re-directed to a new form where you can complete your family registration.
If we find your home phone number already exists in the JSA database you will be automatically re-directed to a new page where you can request your sign in information be immediately sent via email to you.
