SJA Family Registration is an easy, quick one-time process. First provide your home phone number. This home phone number will be used by SJA to be sure you are not already registered in the database. The SJA member database cannot have duplicate home phone numbers.

If we do not find your home phone number in the SJA database you will be automatically re-directed to a new form where you can complete your family registration.
